About David Osborne


David Osborne started his career in fitness in 2010 and works as an advanced personal fitness trainer based in Wokingham and Reading, Berkshire. He has built up a reputation as a friendly, supportive and results driven personal trainer who cares about his client’s goals.

David studied Advanced Level 3 Personal Training & GP Exercise Referral at Premier Global International in London and is a REPS qualified personal trainer. In addition he is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal trainer & Level 4 Low Back Pain, David is able to give nutritional advice.

Eating healthy and keeping fit is something he has a passion for, however this has not always been the case. When he was growing up, he was quite the opposite of how he is today. He fell into a routine of eating a lot of fast food and not exercising which led to me becoming overweight and fatigued.

He couldn’t afford a gym membership. His health became the most important thing and began going for runs in his local area and creating weights out of household objects. As time passed, friends and family were noticing some incredible changes to his attitude and body. This commitment, determination and motivation to be healthy became his new buzz and not long later, he had lost just over 2 Stone.

This growing passion for health and fitness drew him to the realisation that he wanted to go into personal training and encourage others to improve their lives for the better as he had done himself. Having worked hard to achieve his own personal fitness goals, he uses these experiences to support his clients in achieving their goals.

I have many years experience of fitness training. I studied for my level 3 Personal Training qualification with Future Fit training. I continue to study and improve my personal training knowledge. I am currently studying pre and post natal exercise and nutrition.

My passion and interest in food lead me to study for a degree in Food Science. This degree and my level 3 qualification in nutrition and weight management gives me a very good knowledge of food and nutrition. Nutrition is very important what ever you fitness goal may be.
