I started training with David in November in a bid to lose half a stone and repair my rotator cuff after a dislocation.
I’ve now lost 1 stone, have very good range of movement and strength in my shoulder and my overall fitness levels are better than they have been a long time.
Training sessions are varied and fun, never get boring or repetitive. He continues to push me to do better at every session!
