I am a person that really struggles going to the gym and keeping it up – Whether this is through intimidation of the size of some of the guys in the gym or whether it’s down to not being able to maintain motivation… Who knows.

But I can honestly say I don’t have any of those issues training with David I have maintained my sessions with him for about 4 months now and I’ve barely missed a session.
In fact I even enjoy training with him now and I’ve never enjoyed training in a gym by myself or with friends.

I can say I’ve seen decent results since I’ve been training with him and it’s given me a much greater understanding of the machines, workouts, muscle groups, nutrition etc.

I would highly recommend him – He’s helped me enormously and I’ll continue using him.
