I trained with David last year to treat my lower back pain and to get fit! I booked a course of 10 sessions and by number 5 my back started to feel better. I couldn’t sit for long periods of time or even lay down without having pain but this improved with every session I had. It took time and dedication but i don’t get back pain at all (as long as I follow the exercises).
I have started seeing David again to fix my knee pain. I cannot run or even walk without my knee going. I have had 7 sessions now and I can start to feel my knee getting better. It is hard work and at times boring doing basic exercises but I know it’s good and what I need to do to get it fixed. I find it difficult to go to the gym as I always think I’m making it worse by doing something wrong, with a personal trainer you build that confidence and learn how to train in the correct way. What I have learnt is you have to follow the training plan at home otherwise it’s pointless!
